Long and hot day.

It’s been a long and hot day, was working last night, had a bit of a challenge cleaning a car which I sort of enjoy.

Just sitting back after having some fish and chips with mushy peas and pickled eggs.

Chippy does slushie drinks, so got a blackcurrant one and while they were putting a fresh cod in the fryer, I dived out and got a small bottle of vodka.

Cars done in the last couple of days.

I’ve ordered both owners new mats. The Kia came with cheap ‘needle pile’ mats so have got some genuine velour ones, better quality, more comfort and easier to keep clean.

As with the Kia, the Vauxhall, though having mixed mats, has a ‘needle pile’ mat for the driver. I’ve got some rubber mats coming as they are harder wearing and more suitable for the conditions of the vehicle’s use and easy to maintain.

Lol. Thanks. It was more worse than I originally thought and the sand that the dogs bring in from the river was really ingrained in the texture of every surface.
